• Notes you choose to share, such as dietary needs or the occasion.

Why we use it

To manage your booking and contact you about it (contract), to keep basic records (legitimate interests), and to send occasional news only where you have consented.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Your rights
